What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer standard local delivery across Malta. For international orders, please contact us directly at brandon.spiteri@gmail.com before placing your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment, we primarily serve the Maltese islands. However, we’re open to international requests. Kindly contact us to check availability and costs.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days. If your order requires special handling (e.g., delicate items or custom blends), it may take slightly longer.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! Orders above €50 qualify for free delivery within Malta.

Payments & Orders

How Can I Pay?

You can pay via Revolut. Just scan the QR code during checkout and include your Order ID in the payment note. Your order will be confirmed once we receive the payment.

Didn’t Receive My Confirmation Email?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, email us at brandon.spiteri@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually amend or cancel it. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Are Your Products Organic or Natural?

We focus on natural, handmade and chemical-free ingredients. We use organic and wildcrafted materials whenever possible.

Are Your Products Tested?

We use our own products regularly and test new blends on ourselves and volunteers. We do not test on animals.

What If I Have Allergies?

Please read the product descriptions carefully. If you’re unsure, reach out before placing an order.

What’s Your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of handmade and consumable goods, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

My Order Arrived Damaged — What Now?

Take a clear photo of the item and packaging and email us within 48 hours. We’ll replace the item or offer a store credit.
